  Please present your ID and

  at the reception desk
  and follow the instructions.

• Examination

  The doctor will
  examine you and
  may order tests.

• 

• Payment for Medical Services

  Please proceed to the billing counter in the front office to pay for your injections, tests, and medications after your treatment is complete.
  You will then be given a prescription.
