by the attending doctor.

Pay the discharge fees at the

Discharge Medication/Homegoing
Receive discharge medication and follow
post-discharge instructions.
Admission Determination |
After outpatient or emergency treatment, if the attending physician decides that hospitalization is necessary, you will proceed with the admission process and reservation at the admission and discharge counter on the 1st floor. |

Admission Procedure |
Fill out the admission agreement form at the admission and discharge counter. If you apply for a higher-grade room, fill out the application form. (Please note that the desired room type may not be available on the day of admission.) After completing the admission procedure, proceed to the designated examination room. |
Admission Reservation |
If there are no available rooms in the relevant department, we will assist you with an admission reservation. Please note that the desired room grade and the assigned room grade on the day of admission may differ. |
Room Admission |
You will receive admission instructions from the nurses in the assigned ward. |

Discharge Decision
The decision for discharge will be made by the attending doctor one day before or on the day of discharge.
Payment of Medical Fees
To settle your medical fees on the day of discharge, please visit the Admission/Discharge counter on the 2nd floor of the Administrative Department.
Document Issuance
If you need any documents, please request them in advance from the nursing station, and we will provide them for your convenience.
Returning Home
Before leaving the ward, you will receive explanations about your prescribed medications and post-discharge precautions.
