Admission Procedure Guide

Admission Determination

After outpatient or emergency treatment, if the attending physician decides that hospitalization is necessary,
you will proceed with the admission process and reservation at the admission and discharge counter on the 1st floor.

Admission Procedure

Fill out the admission agreement form at the admission and discharge counter.
If you apply for a higher-grade room, fill out the application form.
(Please note that the desired room type may not be available on the day of admission.)
After completing the admission procedure, proceed to the designated examination room.

Admission Reservation

If there are no available rooms in the relevant department, we will assist you with an admission reservation.
Please note that the desired room grade and the assigned room grade on the day of admission may differ.

Room Admission

You will receive admission instructions from the nurses in the assigned ward.

Rules for Inpatients

Thank you for choosing our hospital for your medical needs.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and ensuring your speedy recovery.
To maintain a pleasant treatment environment and facilitate your recovery, we kindly ask patients and their caregivers to adhere to the following hospital regulations.

  • ※ Smoking is legally prohibited throughout the hospital premises.
  • ※ Portable heaters are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons.
  • ※ Bringing in outside food is prohibited to prevent food poisoning and ensure the well-being of patients.
  • ※ Alcohol, tobacco, and gambling activities are prohibited within the hospital premises.
  • ※ Please take care of your valuables as there is a risk of loss.
  • ※ If you wish to be discharged on on Sundays or public holidays, please inform us in advance.
  • ※ We offer vehicle arrangements at your expense for those in need of transportation upon discharge. Please contact the nursing station in advance for assistance.

Discharge Procedure Information

We offer a Safe Discharge Service for your convenience.

Safe Discharge Service

At Incheon Baek Hospital, we provide a Safe Discharge Service to assist with a convenient return home for patients who have difficulty with a caregiver's presence during discharge.
- For patients who find it inconvenient to use public transportation or private vehicles.
- For patients who face challenges with having a caregiver accompany them during discharge.
  • Discharge Decision

    The decision for discharge will be made by the attending doctor one day before or on the day of discharge.

  • Payment of Medical Fees

    To settle your medical fees on the day of discharge, please visit the Admission/Discharge counter on the 2nd floor of the Administrative Department.

  • Document Issuance

    If you need any documents, please request them in advance from the nursing station, and we will provide them for your convenience.

  • Returning Home

    Before leaving the ward, you will receive explanations about your prescribed medications and post-discharge precautions.

    ※ Discharging on Holidays and Nights

  • Regular discharge procedures can be completed at the Admission /Discharge counter in the Administrative Department until 12:30 PM.
  • For holiday and daytime discharges, please visit the Admission/Discharge counter in the Administrative Department.
  • For nighttime discharges, you can use the Emergency Room for payment and come to the Admission/Discharge counter in the Administrative Department the next day for final settlement.
